Every year we welcome applications from students interested in joining academic years other than Year 1. Parents interested in joining our school in Years 2, 3, 4 and 6 are encouraged to complete their child's application form and come to the Main Office with their following items:
We don't customarily admit students in Years 5 and 7 because these year groups follow two-year exam syllabi and students enrolled are already in the middle of their exam courses.
Students do not normally enter the AMERICAN ACADEMY LARNACA in a class that is higher than the one they would have entered in their previous school.

Year 2-4
Students must take a placement examination in Mathematics and English
Additionally, depending on the student’s option choices, each Head of Faculty may also require a short test to be taken in that subject.
Year 5
Students are not normally accepted in Year 5 because this is the second year of the 2 year GCSE/IGCSE courses
