The club’s aim is to raise awareness of ecological issues around Cyprus and the world in general. Many activities have been undertaken over the last two decades including tree-planting at the Academy and all around Cyprus. Given the recent fires, the club will be heavily focused on reforestation over the next few years. Eco education through guest speakers and excursions has also been central to the club. Beach clean ups, nature walks, observing eco systems, visiting eco homes, the Greenpeace ship and organising healthy juice days have also been vital elements in our eco education.
